A:We are a manufacture making kinds of metal mugs with more than 10 years
2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China .All our clients from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
3.Q:What is the material of your products?
A: The material is stainless steel High Quality and virgin plastic for the lids and handles
4.Q:How can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you standard samples for your evaluation. But you need pay the express feess and sample. Samples fees will be refund as soon as we set up business relation.
5.Q:What is your terms of payment
A: Usually, we accept T/T. 30% advance payment then balance before shipment . L/C is also workable .
6.Q: Can you produce according to the sample or drawings ?
A: We are able to make production by your sample or drawing. We can build the mould and fixtures
7.Q: Do you test all your items before delivery ?
A: 100% tests and checks are done before delivery . We have QC team comply with TQM,every step is in compliance to that standard.
8. Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:Quality is priority. Yestrong people always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. Our factory has gained CE / EU authentication. Pass the Onsite Check and Supplier Assessment of Alibaba.
